Privacy Policy
1. Introduction and Scope
Aptissmorum LLC (“Aptissimorum,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Wyoming limited liability company developing Chimera, a personal artificial intelligence agent platform, and related developer tools. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information associated with our website and, when launched, our products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
Our products are currently in active development. Descriptions of future Agent services in this Policy are prospective and apply only when the relevant functionality is made available. Our initial commercial focus is the United States.
We intend to provide software and computing services, not to commercialize users’ private Agent content.
2. Information We May Collect
Website activity. When the website is visited, website hosting and security systems may process information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, referring pages, access times, and security or performance logs. Actual analytics and log configurations: not yet finalized.
Contact and inquiry information. If you contact us or use an enabled inquiry form, we may receive your name, email address, organization, message, project requirements, and other information you voluntarily provide. We use it to respond and follow up on your request.
Waitlist information. If we offer an early-access or product-updates waitlist, we may collect the information presented in that form to manage your request and send relevant communications. The actual signup process, unsubscribe mechanism, and retention policy are not yet finalized.
Future account and service information. When account-based Services become available, account identifiers, authentication details, settings, service usage metadata and support records may be processed. Exact categories and authentication providers are not yet finalized.
Future Agent Content. When users enable Chimera, task execution may involve instructions, conversations, memory, files, connected-app data, computer-use screenshots or interface states, task results, and other information the user provides or authorizes (collectively, “Agent Content”). This information may be sensitive.
Payments. We have published planned pricing for early access, but the website does not currently accept customer payments or offer active paid subscriptions. If payment processing is introduced, we will update this Policy and explain the relevant categories and payment providers before enabling transactions.
3. How We Use Information
Depending on which functions are active, we may process information to operate and secure our website, respond to inquiries, manage requested updates, develop and maintain products, execute user-authorized Agent tasks, authenticate users, troubleshoot service problems, monitor abuse, assess website performance and advertising conversions, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use private Agent Content for behavioral advertising or sell private Agent Content as a data product. We do not use private Agent Content to train general-purpose AI models operated by Aptissimorum without separate, affirmative authorization.
The practices of external AI model providers are governed by the providers and terms applicable to the chosen integrations; we will describe those integrations before production use rather than promise that every external provider follows identical practices.
4. Self-Managed, Hosted and API Data Flows
Self-managed Chimera. Users control the infrastructure on which a self-managed Agent operates. Data processed and stored solely in that environment is generally managed by the user, not hosted by Aptissimorum. However, use of Aptissimorum’s hosted APIs or third-party model and application integrations may transmit necessary task data outside the self-managed environment. Self-hosting does not itself mean all computations remain local.
Managed Chimera. Planned hosted services will involve cloud infrastructure and may require storage or processing of Agent configuration, context, memories, execution information and service records. Storage regions, retention, access controls and operational architecture remain not yet finalized.
Developer APIs. Our planned Computer Use, Memory and Router APIs may receive user-authorized task inputs and produce results. The underlying proprietary algorithms remain Aptissimorum intellectual property; this does not give us ownership of users’ input content. Operational logging and retention details remain not yet finalized.
5. External AI Providers and Integrations
Chimera may send the information necessary to perform an authorized task to a model provider or other integration selected or enabled by the user or configured for the service. This may include prompts, relevant context, files, screenshots and instructions. Those providers may process and retain information under their own terms.
Current production AI provider inventory, applicable data handling, and transfer controls: not yet finalized.
6. Service Providers and Disclosures
We may disclose information to providers performing authorized functions such as website hosting, security, communications, cloud infrastructure, AI inference, customer support, analytics or advertising measurement, as appropriate to the Services actually in use.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights and integrity of our users and Services.
Confirmed vendors, purposes, categories of information and processing locations: not yet finalized.
7. Google Search Ads, Cookies and Conversion Measurement
We plan to promote the website using Google Search Ads and to use basic conversion measurement to understand whether an advertisement leads to an inquiry or other defined website action. Advertising measurement, if and when activated, may involve cookies or other identifiers, advertisement click information, device/browser signals and conversion events that can be sent to Google.
Our planned approach does not include using private Agent conversations, memories or files for advertising targeting, nor does it currently include remarketing or the upload of contact details through enhanced conversions. Any change to those practices will require appropriate disclosure and choices before deployment.
Current cookie inventory, live tracking implementation, tracking purposes, Google configuration, and applicable consent/opt-out controls: not yet finalized.
Depending on applicable privacy law, some advertising-related disclosures may be considered a “sharing” of personal information even if no money is exchanged. We will provide required privacy notices and choices where applicable, including treatment of opt-out preference signals where required. We will not treat the statement “we do not sell Agent Content” as a substitute for reviewing website advertising data practices.
8. Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information for purposes and periods that are reasonably necessary for the relevant service, customer communication, security, and legal obligations. The specific periods have not yet been finalized.
| Category | Schedule |
|---|---|
| Website and security logs | Not yet finalized |
| Business inquiries and waitlists | Not yet finalized |
| Future account data | Not yet finalized |
| Future hosted Agent Content and memories | Not yet finalized |
| Future API / computer-use execution logs | Not yet finalized |
| Backups and post-deletion handling | Not yet finalized |
Self-managed content kept solely on a user’s own infrastructure remains subject to that user’s storage and deletion controls. If the user elects to transmit content to hosted APIs or third-party services, additional retention rules may apply.
9. Privacy Rights and Requests
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. We will evaluate requests under applicable law.
Privacy request email: hello@aptissimorum.si
Additional state-specific request / appeal / opt-out mechanisms, if legally applicable: not yet finalized
10. Information Security
We intend to use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information and Services involved. Specific safeguards must be documented based on implemented systems rather than assumed from our design plans.
A self-managed user controls and is responsible for security of their own infrastructure and credentials. No networked service can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. International Processing
Our initial commercial focus is the United States. Information may be processed in locations where our actual providers and operating infrastructure are located. The relevant regions and safeguards are not yet finalized.
12. Age
Chimera and our planned Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through our Services. If we learn that information was collected in a manner contrary to applicable law, we will take appropriate action.
13. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our Services, technology, or legal obligations. We will post the updated effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. We will not treat a later policy revision alone as authorization to repurpose previously collected private Agent Content for unrelated model training or advertising.
